Introduction

UPDP turns a Statement of Work into reviewed, deployable AWS infrastructure through a pipeline of specialized agents.

What UPDP is

The Unified Delivery Platform (UPDP) takes a Statement of Work and delivers reviewed, deployable AWS infrastructure. A Statement of Work, or SOW, is the signed delivery document that defines what the customer is buying: the project, the client, the services, the region, the compliance targets, and the timeline. UPDP reads that document and drives the rest of delivery from it.

Eleven specialized agents do the work, coordinated by a LangGraph orchestrator that sequences each step, checkpoints run state, and pauses at every human approval gate. The platform parses the SOW into structured requirements, generates Terraform from the Workmates CWM module library, validates it against the compliance rules, and opens a GitHub pull request with a full CI plan attached. A person reviews and approves before anything critical is applied.

The SOW to PR pipeline

A run flows in one direction, from an uploaded document to a reviewed pull request. Analysis structures the request, the Routing Engine splits base infrastructure from custom services, generation produces one combined Terraform file set, compliance checks it, and a Tech Lead gate guards the deploy.

A UPDP run: the SOW is parsed, routed across OneClick and TerraFormGen, compliance-checked, gated by a Tech Lead, and delivered as a GitHub pull request.

When to use it

Reach for UPDP when a signed SOW needs to become real AWS infrastructure with a clear, reviewable trail. It fits best when:

  • You are provisioning against a defined SOW rather than exploring ad hoc changes.
  • The build maps to standard Workmates CWM modules and one of the supported architecture types.
  • Compliance and a human sign-off are required before anything is applied to an account.
  • You want the Terraform, CI plan, and approval decisions captured in a pull request for handover.

For scoring an existing environment against the Well-Architected pillars, use AuditIQ instead. It is a separate Well-Architected Review console and is not part of the delivery pipeline.
